Exhibits

Our exhibits are constantly changing to bring new stories and perspectives to light about the Pikes Peak Region. Be acknowledged alongside a signature program and invited to insider opportunities of the exhibit.

"America 250 - Colorado 150" Commemorative Programming

In 2026, the CSPM is joining organizations across the state and around the country to commemorate America 250 – Colorado 150.” This will be an observation of two significant anniversaries: the signing of the Declaration of Independence and Colorado’s entrance into the Union. The CSPM will be offering special commemorative programming all year long for residents and visitors to engage in and reflect on our place in local, state, and national history.

Pikes Peak Regional History Lecture Series

Throughout the year, CSPM hosts authors, scholars and local historians to invite audiences to take a closer look into the history of our region. Each month between August and May, people connect in compelling ways to discover the past, make sense of the present and shape the region’s future.

Festival of Lights Family Fun Day

The CSPM welcome more than 1,500 people to an annual free holiday celebration. They enjoy a full performance schedule from groups with crafts and activities led by a variety of community organization. This special tradition has brought magic to the Pikes Peak Region for over 30 years.

Gift of History

The Gift of History is the museum’s largest fundraiser of the year. Sponsoring this event is a great way to demonstrate your business’ commitment to the community, while providing critical support to the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum.

"

“The museum is so relevant to the community. It does a great job presenting history and showing the importance of why it matters today. It is truly living history. The Arts reflect the soul of the community. The Museum preserves this soul by telling and preserving our community’s stories, which we believe helps inspire creativity within artists.”
