Visiting the Museum with a group of 10 or more? Explore options for your visit.
The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum is currently undergoing major HVAC upgrades and many of our exhibit spaces are subject to closure. We will make every effort to communicate any program changes/cancellations as far in advance as possible and will work with you to reschedule programs or find alternative options.
Please note that whether you are planning a self-guided visit to the museum, or would like to schedule an indoor or outdoor tour, we require that all groups of 10 or more register in advance (self guided: at least 48 hours prior to their visit; guided: at least two weeks prior) using the form at the end of this page. Groups with children are encouraged to plan a self-guided visit and to use our scavenger hunts which can be picked-up at the front desk.

New for 2023! What do the “Great Outdoors” mean to you? Boasting over 300 days of sunshine a year, stunning scenery, and a mild climate, it is no surprise that spending time in nature is an important part of our past and present. From reverence, play, grit, and health, this tour examines our community’s unique relationship with our environment. A must-see stop is an exploration of the newly completed AdAmAn Alley, a creative placemaking project examining the storied history of the AdAmAn club, which since 1922 has climbed Pikes Peak and lit up the sky with a dramatic fireworks display at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve. Please schedule at least two weeks in advance.
