The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum and the City of Colorado Springs will kick off Food Truck Tuesdays on Tuesday, June 3. This popular weekly offering will feature ten food trucks serving a variety of meals, snacks, and desserts every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through August 19.
2025 Food Truck Tuesday Line Up will be announced Thursday, May 29.

The CSPM is accepting Food Truck Tuesday applications for the 2025 season beginning Tuesday, April 18. Please fill out the application for consideration by Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m.

The museum aside from the program is a wonderful place to visit. I find myself still visiting often even after working there for two summers! The exhibits are always changing, which causes the museum to always feel new and interesting. They have events monthly and weekly, such as food truck Tuesday and history walking tours (that each have a certain theme).
We went on Food Truck Tuesdays and the best food was to be had in front of the museum. That being said, the museum was very interesting and the food was a great add-on.
Tuesdays they have food trucks out front. It's a very neat museum and it's FREE.99. Some cool things to look at, love that they go up until today. Definitely worth a stop, the only difficult part was finding parking. Did a few loops and was able to get a spot right on the street.
Went to the Food truck Tuesday and it was great! Beautiful setting and a great selection of food trucks.
