Summer Family Fun Day 06/28

History comes to life through crafts, demonstrations, and family-friendly activities located throughout the Museum.

• Pick up  a Picture Hunt at the front desk – get ready to explore!
• Discover colors and shapes through activities in the 50% of the Story: Women Expressing Creativity exhibit.
• Make a friendship bracelet in the Accessorize It! exhibit.
• Learn the history and meaning behind the City of Colorado Springs flag in the COS@150 exhibit.
• Decorate a pinwheel in the Main Lobby.
• Write a historic postcard to remember your summer of fun in the Helen Hunt Jackson exhibit.
• Play “I-SPY” in the museum’s Collection’s Workspace.
• Pick up a Southern Ute Coloring Book and Ute Knowledge Activity Book in the Family Fun Space to learn more about the Until Forever Comes: This is Ute Homeland exhibit.
